The National Autistic Society (NAS) Autism Helpline provides impartial, confidential information, advice and support for people with autistic spectrum disorders, their families, professionals, researchers and students.

  • The Helpline is free to call from UK landlines (including Jersey) and from mobiles using the following providers: 3, O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Virgin and Vodafone.
  • The Helpline offers an interpreting service in over 120 different languages to callers.
  • To use the Helpline's Postal Service, the address is Autism Helpline, The National Autistic Society, 393 City Road, London, EC1V 1NG. 

The Helpline is open Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm and provides impartial and confidential information, advice and support to people with autism (including Asperger syndrome) and their families. The Helpline is staffed by advisers who are able to talk about the range of autistic spectrum disorders (ASDs) and related issues in depth.
